The program has the goal to facilitate clients’ administration, giving the possibility to record the date with the respective note of all the visits done.

The program let to use the following functions:
Addition of a client (name, nation, city, province, address, post code) and addition of the first visit and the respective note;

• Addition of a visit with the respective note to an existing client;
• List of all the visits of a client from the oldest to the most recent;
• Visualization on the map of all the clients with different colors with respect to the last visit done (up to 30 days green, up to 60 days blue and red for later);
• Deletion of the client;
• Modification of a client;
• Possibility to change the note of a client;
• Possibility to delete a visit;
• Possibility to visualize a list with all the clients you absolutely need to visit;
• Possibility to visualize a list with all the clients you need to visit in short-term;
• Possibility to visualize a list with all the clients visited a few time ago;
• Possibility to add the e-mail address and to send a mail directly to the client;
• Possibility to add the telephone number and to call the client directly;
• Possibility to export and create a backup of the situation in a file excel;
• Possibility to import data from the file excel;
• Possibility to search by name, province and city;
• Placeholders with the client’s details;
• You can create a report with visit in a specific range of dates;
• You can import clients from your address book
• You can now choose if the client is effective or potential
• New fields 'note' and 'website' on customer master
• You can now link to client how many phone number you want.
• You can now show just someone client on the maps
